    PROGRAM OVERVIEW

    The Law Department Immersion/Student Mobility Program offers law students a comprehensive global learning experience, focusing on key areas of legal study and practice. Through engaging sessions on International Protection of Human Rights, Law of Evidence, Public International Law, English Criminal Justice System, and Workshop on Dispute Resolution, students will gain valuable insights into diverse legal systems. The program includes visits to Malaysian Courts, including AIAC Arbitration Court, as well as a LIVE Moot Court / Mock Trial session. Students will also participate in a Legal Research workshop, explore Legal Ethics & Professional Conduct, and delve into the Law of Evidence. Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Participation from University of Wollongong to recognize their learning experience. UoW Malaysia is part of the University of Wollongong Australia’s global network. UoW ranks 167 in QS World University Rankings 2025 (Top 1% universities globally) and ranked Top 150 in the world in Law Subject as per Times Higher Education World University Rankings by Subject 2024.
